Our Physician Program links doctors (our clients) of various disciplines with our team of Neurologists and Physiatrists. The program will place one of our Medical Doctors in their practice to provide neurological consultations and/or neuro-diagnostic testing (NCV/EMG). Our program will diversify our client’s services and will eliminate the need to refer patients out to other specialists thus allowing complete autonomy and control over their patients’ entire care. In addition, this program will allow our clients to add and capture additional unrealized revenues by billing for the technical components of the tests. The Physician Program is summarized below:
Physician Program (Brief Overview)
You sign a one year lease agreement with Neurolink that outlines the monthly fixed fee and agree to a predetermined diagnostic scheduled testing date for each month. Neurolink sub-leases its testing equipments on the predetermined diagnostic day(s) each month and assigns a Board Certified or Board Eligible technician and a Neurologist or Physiatrist to your office for the testing. Once you determine the candidates for the tests, your office staff will provide necessary paperwork in order for us to conduct the test and will coordinate and schedule with our in house staff. Once you provide us the schedule of the tests via fax, we will be responsible for providing you with your dedicated technician and Neurologist or Physiatrist on your testing date. When the tests are completed and the raw data is generated, it is our goal to provide you with the interpretation reports within 5 to 7 business days from the test date. You may then bill for the technical component of the testing after receipt of the completed interpretation reports.
Physician Program Process
Steps towards your success: Outlined below is a brief process summary of how our Physician program will work in your office.
- Sublease. You simply sublease our equipment and utilize our team of technicians and medical doctors consisting of Neurologists and Physiatrists.
- Diagnostic Day(s). Pick a day in the month by executing the lease agreement where you can allocate a room for diagnostic testing. Example: 2nd Monday of each month is your testing diagnostic day.
- Orientation. Once leasing agreement is executed, pick a day and time for a brief orientation with Neurolink. Orientation will last approximately one hour. Orientation will go over all pre-testing processes including scheduling, pre-authorizations, and patient and insurance paperwork.
- Candidates. Determine the candidates for the tests by identifying suspected neurological damage, radicular complaints, and/or functional deficits with neurological contributions.
- Schedule. Schedule your patients in groups and in 30 minute intervals for that leased day for each test. If the patient needs both a NCV and an EMG test, than you should schedule the patient for 1 hour.
- Documentation. Prepare and fax paperwork prior to testing:
- Medical Necessity form;
- Patient Information or Demographics;
- Scheduling Sheet form; and
- Copy of Doctor’s 1 st Report and/or PR-2 or Copy of the health insurance card or Lien forms.
- Testing. Our team usually will arrive 20-30 minutes prior to testing to set-up. Patients are seen one at a time. NCV’s will be performed first and then the EMG’s, if ordered will be next.
- Report. Once testing is complete, raw data is generated and sent to our Neurologist or Physiatrist for interpretation. Five to seven business days later, your patients are archived on your own private and secure web-page, where you can review, print, or inquire about any of the reports and interpretations. You can now apply the clinical information to further your care.
- Billing. You will bill for the technical portion of the NCV’s due to the leasing agreement and our affiliated medical corporation will bill for the professional portion. This program will enable you to bill for the technical component as the leasing entity of the equipment.
“It’s that simple!!! Experience The Difference… In-office diagnostic testing just got easier and rewarding!”

Servicing Program (In Brief)
Documentation Requirements
The most important requirement for both our Physician program and Servicing program is proper documentation to justify the utilization of our diagnostic testing. The patient’s medical record must clearly document the medical necessity of the tests performed. The treating and ordering physician must fill out and sign the “Medical Necessity” form for each case and collaborate it with the doctor’s clinical findings and notes. Medical Necessity forms will be provided by Neurolink. Follow-up testing, if requested, will also require the ordering physician to fill out and sign a Medical Necessity form. Each testing will require a Medical Necessity form signed by the treating physician. Depending on the case, whether its workers compensation, PPO, personal injury, or medicare, additional documentation and information may be required.
